Our approach is to have enough process and documentation to keep progress visible and controlled, but keep things simple enough to allow for reacting to situations and changing needs.

  • Project management of IT infrastructure upgrades in a police force, focused on implementing new management tools to radically reduce times to deploy patches, upgrades, applications, etc. Multi-week, short-sharp project to deploy proof of concept, and after proving, live pilot deployment to build upon.
  • Project initiation, management and handover for global healthcare software provider, discovering, documenting, analysing and consolidating workloads into a new internal cloud platform for resiliency and business continuity improvements.
