How we look at the world
What? At Critical Action, we use simple tools to uncover, explore and organise the information that is hidden across your organisation. We draw out and structure information from your teams and people, and discover the key areas to build upon or address. We aim to build up the stock of raw data and analyse it in the right way to deliver valuable insights on your options, enabling you to make decisions, prioritise plans and take effective action.
