Deliverables from our projects and workshops include:
• User and Process diagrams that show major roles, systems, process areas and key interfaces, providing the scope and context for subsequent work.
• Input-Output Analysis documents for processes that assemble a single picture of the formal and informal information flows through the organisation, and build an “information catalogue” for improvements, due diligence and compliance reasons.
• Consolidated reports on the state of people, process and technology, the roles involved in operations, the information catalogue and level of formality and control; and options and recommendations for how to begin to tackle improvements.
• Commercial Imperative Tables that help build a single, prioritised list of the factors influencing the need to make changes, and the things to do, delegate, defer and drop.
• Action Plans that lists actions, owners, dates, priorities and so on, with external checkpoints - where a Critical Action consultant will follow up plans with your action owners at pre-agreed intervals to track and report upon progress, mentoring where arrangements have been made.
• Communication Plans that help promote consistent messaging at all levels in the organisation, to support managers and staff giving out the message, and align and synchronise understanding across the organisation with planned activities.
