Each element of our approach to workshops and consulting is focused around a deliverable - a real document that you can read, pass around, debate and act upon. The idea is that each stage, each document can stand on its own, for its own purpose, even though they work best when used together. This allows you to proceed at a pace you are comfortable with, secure in the knowledge that there is still a wider, defined process that you are following.
Of course, in producing such documents, there will be much discussion, lists of raw data, interim decisions or assumptions and so on. This experience is where the human angle of the analysis gets brought in.
