We have picked the tools we feel work best and pulled them together in our own way.

Each tool is proven in its own right, whether for software development, process analysis, workshop management, or problem solving. The spread of experience we have made us realise that some tools were just as powerful used outside their normal environment. Those tools were normally the ones that were simple to understand and explain, focused around identifying the positives and the improvements, and which related strongly to actions - things that can or should be done.

Our aim is to get people on-side as part of the process of contributing to the analysis. Enthusiasm encourages ideas and the effort needed to get over the hurdles of actually fixing the things troubling you or holding you back.
